Volunteer Workparties at Mount Pisgah Arboretum
Volunteer workparties meet Saturday and Sunday in front of the Visitor's Center, located at the bottom of the parking lot. No tools or experience required. This schedule is subject to change, so getting onto the mailing list assures you have the most current data.

The cooler wetter weather means only one thing. Summer is near the
end. Make sure you get outside and enjoy it while it still lasts. The
Arboretum is already beginning to become full of Autumn colors. The
blue-purple berries of the Oregon Grape, pure white Snowberries, deep
red and purple leaves of Poison Oak, and the yellow of Oregon Ash.

Ryan in the Watergarden on Sunday September 12 from 12:30 - 3:30 as we
continue to pull the roots out from under the Reed CanaryGrass. Last
week was quite a success and with a little bit of rain this week they
should come out even easier. I look forward to seeing you all there!
